  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, I currently accept United Health (Optum), Baylor Scott and White, and Texas-Aetna insurance . I also accept Health Savings Cards.
  • How do I get started?
    Follow the link to schedule a consultation. You will receive a reply to the request within 48 hours. Depending on your needs, we will either schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation or an initial therapy session.
  • I don't live in the state of Texas. Can I still work with you?

While the home office of Wellness ReDefined is located in Plano, Texas, all therapy sessions are conducted virtually at this time for your convenience.
