Yes, we will accept United Health (Optum), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Baylor Scott and White, and Aetna insurance until March 2026. After that date, all services will be private pay.

The initial session is $250 for 90-minutes, and all subsequent sessions are $200 for a 50 minutes.

During the initial session, we will meet for 90 minutes, as opposed to the typical 50-minute session. This gives us an opportunity to deep dive into your background, as well as begin discussing your specific goals for therapy.
