Do you accept insurance?Yes, we currently accept United Health (Optum), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Baylor Scott and White, and Aetna insurance . We also accept Health Savings Cards.

How do I get started?Follow the link to schedule a consultation. You will receive a reply to the request within 48 hours. Depending on your needs, we will either schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation or an initial therapy session.

I don't live in the state of Texas. Can I still receive services?Dr. Fisher-Green is a member of PsyPact, which allows her to see clients in participating jurisdictions outside of the state of Texas. To see if your state is a part of PsyPact please visit: https://psypact.gov/BlankCustom.asp?page=psypactmap Unfortunately, Dr. Jantel Jordan is unable to see clients that reside outside of the state of Texas at this time.
Our Location
While the home office of Wellness ReDefined is located in Plano, Texas, all therapy sessions are conducted virtually at this time for your convenience.
