How Therapy Works

Therapy that isn't another routine or just venting. ​​​​​​

Therapy can become another thing on your to-do-list. While you likely started therapy with the intent of focusing on a number of issues, overtime you might find yourself easing into a pattern where your hour session is you just debriefing about the following week, complaining, some validation from your therapy - repeat, recycle, do it the following week.

Therapy at Wellness ReDefined follows a rhythm, which helps us keep us focused on our therapeutic goals and encourages you to engage in work outside of the therapy space, which is where change happens.

Meet for 6 Sessions (weekly or biweekly)
